Malcolm and I met in an unfortunate way, and he has pushed himself into my life. When my drunk best friend invites him to her wedding as my date, I reluctantly give him a chance. I’m giving US a chance and I’m pleasantly surprised.

Now I need to learn how to accept that he takes his clothes off for women. I need to trust that he’s not wanting to take any of them home. And I need to build the confidence when the green-eyed monster of jealousy rears its evil head.

I wake to groaning beside me in bed. It’s not the pleasurable groaning that I like to hear in the bedroom and coming out of my woman’s mouth. I roll slightly and she’s clutching her head.

“How did I get here?” she mumbles.

“Deena called me and we picked you up last night.”

“We?” she inquires.

“Jacks and I came to rescue my damsel in distress!” I say with a sleepy smile.

“I needed rescuing?” she shakes her head.

“You ice luged.”

“I did what?” she turns her head quickly then grabs at it in pain.

“Love, there’s water and some aspirin next to you. I wanted to give it to you last night, but you passed out before I had a chance.”

She shifts her body and tries to sit up only to screech in pain.

“What the fuck happened to me yesterday? Why is my hip on fire?”

“You ice luged.” I repeat.

“No?” she questions.

“From what I was told, you did.”

“This is so embarrassing.” she puts her hands over her face and groans into her palms. “Did you see me do any of this?”

“No, when we came to pick you up, you were sitting on the ground on a cushion.”

“I didn’t throw up? My mouth tastes like a cat used it as a litter box.” she grabs the glass of water and gulps it down.

“Unless you did in the middle of the night, you barely moved.”

“Well, that’s less embarrassing.”

“If you did throw up, I’d hold your hair back.” I promise her rubbing her back.

Her phone goes off from her purse on the floor beside her. She reaches over slowly and her screen lights up.

“Oh my god!” she gasps.

I look over at the screen and there’s full video of Beck ice luging, on repeat with her ungraceful fall. Her on her arse with her feet up in the air and her dress pretty much around her waist, showing her lacy grundies to everyone!

My girl, not only is she fluent in the bedroom Olympics with me, she can ice luge!

About the Author:
Meet Tarrah. She’s a contemporary romancer who is all about the feels, with the twists of sexy mixed in between. She’s been writing since before she can remember. Writing was always a passion, that was kept it under wraps, stayed on the backburner and never vocalized or followed through with my desire to be a writer, until she read a horrible book and thought: ‘I could do better than that!’ She kept her writing romance from her husband for nearly two years, but finally told him because… royalties and taxes. Now, he lovingly helps with ‘research’ and uses him for his amazing Photoshop skills for her covers.
She is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, but living in beautiful San Diego with her own little family while working during the day as a social worker working with the homeless. She is a hardcore San Francisco Giants fan and anything dealing with cupcakes and Zombies.
Her writing style is that she tries to keep on earth. She tries her best to not be too unrealistic with her characters, what they do and how they live. She wants her books to be relatable and not to create too many eye rolls, when a character starts calling his love interest baby after knowing her for 5 minutes.
She has written and self-published 4 books and one novella. They’re all dual point of view aside from the novella. She is currently working on several pieces but focusing on two mainly. Thematically, the novels are friends to lovers, random hook-ups and office romances mixed with a whole lot of fun in the middle.

Graham is my brother's best friend. He’s always been my protector and my confident because he accepts me the way I am—and not many do. I can’t imagine not having him in my life.
Our weekend together was supposed to be a celebration. I graduated from college, Graham got engaged and signed with a pro football team, and my brother landed his dream job. It should have been the best time of our lives.

Except that the weekend started with me walking in on Graham's fiancée going down on my brother.

I complicated the situation by having sex with Graham after that, but I wanted to comfort him and, damn, when I saw desire in his eyes—for me—I couldn’t say no. I’ve wanted him for so long.

Now he doesn’t want to see me. He says he has a darker side he needs to protect me from.

Where do we go from here? Do I try to pretend to be his friend again or push him to open up to me and possibly lose him forever?

Sleeping with one of my best friends was not exactly a brilliant idea. It made…
