I'm an emotional wreck. I started this book yesterday at lunch. Last night @ 11 am I finished and UGLY CRIED! My heart was drop kicked across the country.

Ryan met Jackie and slowly, fell in love. This is an epic romance that spans years, but their love stayed true to each other. Through thick and thin Ryan loved Jackie and vice versa.

Jackie was skittish in college, a commitment-phobe. Never wanting to give herself completely to anyone. Ryan was her best friend and her friend with benefits. She feared losing him if things didn't work out.

Ryan just wanted to love her. He played her games to appease her, but it was just for show. His heart belonged to Jackie, no one else. If only she'd see that.

Time passed, distance separates them, but their love never wavered. Ryan went to claim his girl. He waited long enough for Jackie to be his. But will they have a happily ever after? or will they ruin a perfect friendship? Only time and love will tell.

Ryan and Jackie are both very likable characters. In some way you an relate to them. I understand Jackie's hesitation at dating exclusively. She was filled with fear. Ryan's love for Jackie is what else every girl wants, what everyone deserves and to be reciprocated.

The end. yeah, didn't see that one coming and cried. Grab your tissues, because you will cry. You'll cry happy tears, sad tears, and tears of frustration.
